Please be advised that we have signed the Letter of content for new places.
Within this week, we are signing tenancy agreement.
Address is, 3 Verde View, same row with current place but just at entrance. So, visitors do not need to walk so far from bus stop.
1. Remove Sofa, dinning table, Swing at rooftop
2. Clear all furniture at 2nd level master bed room
3. Clear L-shape computer tables at 2nd level another bed room
4. We agree to pay 6000$ for removal and reinstatement of furnitures
5. Rental fee is 3900 per month
6. Agreement is 2+1 years
7. We start moving on 10th November, and official move in date is 15 Nov.
8. New place has small door at the back, so, according Vinaya, ladies can stay overnight at backyard is great plus point.
